卸压钻孔对巷道煤体卸压效应的数值分析及应用

Numerical Analysis and Application of the Effect of Coal Pressure Relief by Using Drillhole in Roadway

摘要: 为研究卸压钻孔对巷道煤体卸压效应的作用,通过FLAC2D数值模拟软件,分别模拟不同埋深条件下钻孔直径以及钻孔间距对钻孔卸压效果的影响。研究结果表明:①在实施钻孔卸压之后,钻孔左右两侧应力集中,钻孔上下两侧形成应力降低区|同时,钻孔孔径越大,钻孔卸压效果越好|钻孔间距越小,卸压效果越好|②相同钻孔孔径进行卸压,钻孔间距较小时卸压带高度和煤层埋深基本成正比例关系,随着钻孔间距的增大,卸压带高度基本不随埋深的变大而变化|③相同的钻孔参数进行钻孔卸压,煤层埋深越大卸压效果越好,同时为了更好地防治冲击矿压,不同的埋深的煤层应选择合理的钻孔参数。将模拟分析结果应用到徐庄煤矿7192工作面,起到了很好的卸压效果。

Abstract: By using FLAC2D, the influence of different drilling diameter, drilling distance and burial depth to drillhole pressure relief has been simulated in this paper. It can be proved that : (1)After the drillhole was implemented, the stress concentrated in the left and right sides, either the stress pressure was relieved around especially both sides of the up and down of the drillhole.Meanwhile,the greater the diameter of drillhole, the better the effect of the drillhole pressure relief, the destruction of coal around the drillhole is becoming more and more serious. The distance of drillhole is smaller, the pressure relief effect is better. When the distance between the drillhole is large to a certain degree, the area and efforts of the drillhole pressure relief will not change.(2) When using the same drillhole diameter and less drillhole distance to relieve coal pressure, the height of the pressure relief zone are the positive proportion relation to the depth of the coal seam. With the increase of the drillhole distance, the height of the pressure relief zone is not changed with the depth, basically tends to the same height. (3) When the drillhole parameters is same, the depth of the coal seam is greater, the pressure relief effect is better. At the same time in order to better prevent rock-burst, different buried depth of coal seam should choose reasonable drillhole parameters . (4) The results of simulation analysis is applied to 7192 working face in Xu Zhuang Coal Mine, who have played a very good pressure relief effect. The working face is ensured to be mined safely by using drillhole . The research conclusion can also provide scientific basis for roadway pressure relief for rock-burst prevention under different depths and the following working faces of Xu Zhuang coal mine being mined safely.
